Cumulative Capital Calls and Distributions 1978-June 2015

CD&R has a consistent record of being a net distributor of capital. The graph below provides an overview of all capital calls and capital distributions since the Firm’s inception. Through May 2015, CD&R Fund investments have yielded $27.5 billion in realizations over the Firm’s 37-year history, $10.9 billion more than the Firm has called. In 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 to date, the Firm’s investments have generated $2.0 billion, $2.5 billion, $3.4 billion, $3.7 billion and $3.4 billion, respectively, of realized proceeds for a total of $15.1 billion.
